Eligible Returns

Products may be returned if:

• Wrong item was delivered.
• Product is damaged or defective.
• Product has expired upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Prescription medicines.
• Opened medicines or supplements.
• Baby formula and nutritional products once opened.
• Personal care products after opening.
• Temperature-sensitive products.

Return Request

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within 7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
